Bryce Wrigely of Delta Junction Alaska sent us this link to his video of the Cross-Slot Equipped Agpro CS2510. "YouTube-Agpro in Alaska" The challange to make and package this drill for shipping was a fun project for us.
In it's second year, the Agpro 3910 Drill is proving itself to be the best design yet. Still being used is our low disturbance point with direct fertilizer placement 2 inches below the seed. New is a wider / separate beaver tail that closes the furrow, with starter / phosphate placed with the seed. The drill is 33 feet wide, spaced 10 inches on 3 ranks, and has 6 high flotation tires. An adjustable leading coulter is used for residue management and hillside stability.
Our latest design for use of the Cross-Slot opener was purchased this year by Lester Wolf Farms of Uniontown Washington. The Agpro CS3510 is a 30 foot wide wing up design on 10 inch spacing. New for spring 2012 will be a 37 foot model on 12 inch spacing. The "Agpro CS3712".

Developed this spring and summer is the Agpro 3612 "High Flotation" drill purchased by R&J Farms Inc./Wolf Corporate Farms for use in the Palouse area. The drill is attached to a steerable commodity cart, and has 16 flotation tires front and rear. Come in and see what we're building. Maybe we can build something for you!
