A business built
close to the field.

Wayne Neace and Jerry Harper founded AGPRO in 1987, leaving their day jobs to build a business of their own in the Palouse.
As the operation grew, so did its work designing and manufacturing conservation drills. Today, AGPRO drills work throughout the Pacific Northwest, with continued development focused on better equipment for the region.
Meet the owners: Blake & Mercia Neace
Blake and Mercia Neace became AGPRO’s owners in July 2023 when co-founder Jerry Harper retired. Blake, the nephew of co-founder Wayne Neace, had joined the team in 2013 as Vice President while Wayne transitioned toward retirement. Their ownership marks the next chapter in a business rooted in farming, engineering, and customer support since 1987.
Our home is in Clarkston, Washington. From conservation drills to sprayer systems and custom equipment, our work connects equipment design with the needs of agricultural operations.
